We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Boutique Associate to join our team in New York.
About the Role
As a Boutique Associate, you will be the face of Anna & Lilly New York. You will assist customers, maintain the store’s visual presentation, and ensure every visitor experiences a premium and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and personalized styling advice
- Assist customers with product selection and sizing
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing boutique
- Manage fitting rooms and assist with try-ons
- Support daily store operations and inventory organization
- Represent the brand with professionalism and confidence
What We’re Looking For
- A passion for fashion and styling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented mindset
- Attention to detail and a sense of aesthetics
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required
