At Anna & Lilly New York, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags must be attached
  • The item must be in its original condition
  • The customer must contact us before sending any item back

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Exchanges (Recommended for Sizing Issues)

If your item does not fit, we recommend requesting a size exchange.

In many cases, we may offer a replacement item without requiring the original to be returned. Availability and eligibility are determined by our support team.

4. Refund Options

Depending on the situation, we may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Exchange for another size or item
  • Store credit
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund (after item inspection and approval)

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Sale & Promotional Items

Items purchased during promotional sales (including discounts of 40% or more) may not be eligible for full refunds.

Such items may qualify for:

  • Store credit
  • Partial refund

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective or incorrect.

We do not provide prepaid return labels.

We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence.

We will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution.

8. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. These items will be clearly stated on the product page.
