At Anna & Lilly New York, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, please review our return policy below.
Return Conditions

Returns can only be requested after the item has been delivered and received.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached.

Trying on items is allowed; wearing them is not permitted.

Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not allowed.
Return Process

Please contact us at info@annalillynewyork.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

After your request is approved, you will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).

The item must be returned at your own expense, including any applicable shipping or customs fees.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking information (track & trace).
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received at the return address and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days via your original payment method.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information shows that the order has been delivered to the address provided.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
